In a densely populated neighborhood of Piraeus a penthouse with a view to the sea was designed for renovation in order to host a young couple. The living room and kitchen are unified into a single open plan space, in which multiple tasks are taking place during the day. The architecture and materials support the unity of each use, while blending them simultaneously. In the young couple’s apartment there could not be missed a “comfy” bedroom with an integrated “see through” bathroom. The choice of wooden coatings all around the house heats up the minimal white surfaces of the walls.
